Introduction
Shubha Reinsurance Services Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated under the Companies Act and Insurance Act of Nepal as a Private Limited Company with the objective of providing accessible, affordable, prompt, and fair non-life and life reinsurance brokerage services to its partners. We are one of the first Reinsurance Brokerage Companies in Nepal to have received a full operation license from the Nepal Insurance Authority(NIA). Shubha Re is a reinsurance broking firm based in Kathmandu, Nepal. The company was founded on local expertise and a vision to offer unparalleled services to the insurance markets of South Asia and beyond.
Our company is founded by an esteemed group of investors who have made contributions to economic development inside and outside of Nepal and have substantial experience in establishing and scaling successful businesses across various sectors in Nepal.

About HR GOEL Group
H. R. Goel Group was established 4 decades ago as a trading company. The company has over the years expanded in multiple sectors in Nepal such as manufacturing, hydropower, trading, insurance, automobile, banking, micro insurance, agriculture, warehousing, investment, and several other services across Nepal. At present the legacy of the group is carried by Shri Vishwanath Goel ji and Dr. Surendra Kumar Goel.
The Director of Shubha Re, Mr. Ashish Goel is also Chairman of Saptakoshi Cements Pvt. Ltd. and has over 15 years of industrial experience in both Nepal and India. Our other Director Mr. Gaurav Goel is currently the Chairman of Shivam Cements Limited, also heading Group’s Automobile, Hydropower, Investment, and Insurance sector business.
